Our on-site delivery service technicians will set up your machine and verify that it is in working correctly. Local delivery and setup is in the greater Los Angeles area. Contact us immediately if your product has been shipped by us to your location and the packaging shows visible damage (do not open the package if it seems to be damaged). We will resolve the issue promptly with the shipping carrier. In the event that the packaging is not damaged, but the unit does not work we will assist you in promptly resolving the issue. All of our products are new with a full manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise indicated. |

If you want to return your product, please contact us. We can not accept returned products without prior approval. If we do not know the product is coming back, it becomes confusing to try and determine what account is associated with a returned product. A credit will be issued to your account for products returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not available for products after the initial 30 day window. |

All items shipped to locations in California will have the current state tax rate added to the order. Customers located outside of California are responsible for paying the appropriate sales and use tax in their location. |

Product shipments outside of our area will normally be made via UPS. The delivery time depends upon how far you are from our location. In some cases we may ship directly from the manufacturer's facility. UPS regular ground shipping is free with any order over $200. Shipping and handling fees will be added to any order under $200. Our shopping cart does not currently calculate shipping and handling. We will contact you to let you know the shipping charges that will be added to your order. We offer a one year warranty for normal wear and tear on all of our product sales -- new or used. During the first year of operation we will repair your clock at no charge or arrange to have it replaced by the manufacturer if it is a new clock.
